 Meaning: The Perceiver

Explanation:

Allah سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ is Al-Waajid (in Arabic: ٱلْوَاجِدُ), the one who does not need or lacks anything. He is the most resourceful and finds whatever He wills.
